Water baby!!

So this morning for my birthday Brennan and I headed to the pool with one of my students from this past year and his little bro and mom. Down here it seems all the parks have water playgrounds, this one was no different. It was 6 in. deep all over and had a huge fort with a water slide, water cannons, and tons of hoses. The big boys loved it! Brennan hung out in his baby pool ring and slept most of the time we were there. This is the only picture I got because I didn't have my camera and I didn't want to ruin my phone having it right next to the pool. The little man has sunglasses too. He looked very cool and chill. It was a great way to start my day!

Camera shy? I think not...

So while I wait for my mom's internet to get back to working so that I can post from her trip here for Brennan's baptism, I wanted to post these pics I took yesterday with my phone. I was feeding Brennan some lunch and he was just sitting on the floor with the boppy pillow behind him. He became so intrigued with the fabric of the pillow that he stopped paying attention to the food. I took a pic to send to Mom, Dad, and Emily and the following ensued...

This is the first picture I took. Checking out the fabric (he was actually rubbing it) and the dog.

As soon as he heard the "click" of the camera he knew instantly what I was doing. And gave me this grin...
As I was typing the texts that I sent he continued to ham it up for the phone, thinking I would take more pictures. These are the ones I got after I finished sending the texts.

"If I stretch a little more, I know it'll go in my mouth!!"
" Hmmm... "
This was after he finished pooping and decided he didn't want to sit up anymore!
To my 2-3 actual blog readers, sorry it's been so long since the last post. Now that summer is officially upon us- I will do better!!
